DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. COALITION-HAWAII Aloha Vendors: We are preparing for the 20th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday celebration on Monday, January 21st, 2008. This will be our 20th anniversary and we are expecting an even larger turnout to celebrate Dr. King's ideals of civil and human rights. We are honored to extend an invitation to you to participate in the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Coalition-Hawaii Unity Rally and festivities to be held after our parade on Monday, January 21st, 2008, at the bandstand area of Kapiolani Park in Waikiki. Your participation will not only help cover the cost associated with this event, but it also provides you with an outstanding opportunity for profit and visibility within the community. We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity and join us. Enclosed with this letter is: There is NO set up fee for vendors! We will use scrip for payment for goods and services. To reserve your space, please complete the enclosed concession registration/contract and return ALL REQUIRED documentation contained in the CONCESSION REGISTRATION/CONTRACT to Pat Anthony by November 30, 2007 or sooner. Please fax an advance copy of your insurance rider, registration, and permit to Interim Unity Rally Chair, Pat Anthony.
